Feedback and Complaints

                We all need people who will give us feedback. It’s how we improve.

My goal is always to provide great quality care and advice in a friendly and comfortable environment. If you feel that there is something I could do differently to improve please do speak with me about it.

If you are dissatisfied and would like to make a more formal complaint I do have a complaints procedure in place which is outlined below;

  1. In the first instance please speak to me, Neil Cox, and I will do my best to resolve the situation to your satisfaction.
  2. If option one is not possible, you can make a formal complaint in writing to Neil Cox at and again I will do my best to resolve the situation to your complete satisfaction.
  3. If it is not possible to reach a resolution through steps one and two we can direct your concerns to the United Chiropractic Association who will independently, fairly and confidentially investigate your complaint. The UCA head office can be contacted on 01293 817175.
  4. Finally, should none of the first three steps resolve your complaint satisfactorily, you may lodge a formal complaint with the General Chiropractic Council at 44 Wicklow Street, London WC1X 9HL or Please be advised that this is a serious and lengthy process and should only be undertaken if steps one to three above fail to resolve your complaint.

Strict rules of confidentiality apply to all interactions between chiropractors and their patients. Therefore, if you would like someone else to complain on your behalf, we will require written authority from you so that they can act for you.

I hope that you will never need to use this complaints procedure but feel that it is important to have in place and to share with you.
