1. Fees

The following fees apply to all appointments:

Service	Fee (GBP)
Initial Consultation & Examination (including treatment)	£65
Regular Adjustment Visit	£45
Re-examination / Progress Review	£65

2. Payment Terms

• Payment is due at the time of the appointment.
• Accepted payment methods include:

– Cash

– Debit or credit card

– Bank transfer

• Receipts can be issued upon request.

3. Cancellations and Missed Appointments

Your appointment time is reserved specifically for you. To ensure fairness and smooth running of the clinic, the following policies apply:

Late Cancellations

• Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged at 50% of the appointment fee.

Missed Appointments (Did Not Attend)

• Missed appointments without notice will be charged at the full appointment fee.

These charges are applied at the practitioner’s discretion and are intended to cover the time reserved and the impact on other patients who may be waiting for appointments.

4. Changes to Fees or Terms

The practice reserves the right to update fees or terms of business. Any changes will be communicated in advance and displayed in the clinic and/or on the practice website.
